Jodi Gaiser, BCACC
Registered Clinical Counsellor
Jodi (she/her) holds a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and is a registered clinical counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. She is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their challenges deeply and without judgement. Her practice is rooted in trauma-informed care and person-centered principles, ensuring each client feels valued and understood. Jodi uses mindfulness approaches to help clients feel more grounded, present, and better able to connect the cognitive experience in their minds with the physical (somatic) experience in their bodies.
This connection is essential for understanding our feelings, behaviours, and experiences. Fostering awareness of the present moment, clients can gain insights into their emotional responses and develop healthier coping strategies. Everyone has the capacity to learn and grow from their experiences and move forward in a way that feels more grounded. The role of a counsellor is to help you find the tools that work best for you and support you along the way.
In Jodi’s spare time you can find her spending time in nature with her dog Leroy. This is where she feels most grounded. Check out her website and get in touch if you feel ready to find the people and places that make you feel your best self!
